As a cigar review writer and a film maker, it was a natural enough request when I asked my then girlfriend to be cameraman for a "cigar video." Little did she know, I was actually about to drop a knee, and drop the big question.
Description: Anna and I got engaged on June 6, 2013 (6/13/13) in Minehaha Falls Park, MN. I pretended I was making a video for my cigar blog, which is entirely likely, and that I needed Anna to be my cameraman (also likely). I told Anna I wasn't going to tell her what I was going to say because I wanted her reaction to be realistic (again, likely). Midway through my dialogue though, I got down on one knee and, well, the rest is history.
